Matt Schubert specializes in working with children, teen, young adults, and parents. Before switching to private practice we worked as a school counselor and made it his mission to advocate and empower the kids he worked with

He focuses primarily on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and is eager to give you tools and strategies that you can work on in and out of session​. Matt is a father of two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending his time outdoors as a skier, runner, swimmer, and fisherman

 

 

Jamie Priest cultivates an open, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment for individuals; fostering safety and growth. Her passion is to work with individuals dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, and addiction. She also has extensive experience and a passion in working with children and teens. She also enjoys working with couples to help them build better and more resilient relationships

 

Jamie promotes a LGBTQIA+ safe zone and is certified as a Substance Use Disorder Associate. In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her three canine companions, being in nature, participating in the recovery community, and having a busy schedule with family and friends.

Katie Sudhalter fosters the inner expert she believes you have within you to support your journey of healing. Katie’s background is in fine art and film production and she takes a creative, humanistic, culturally humble, person-centered and flexible approach to therapeutic support unique for each individual. Katie is certified in Expressive Arts Therapy and she has studied research based trauma informed and body positivity art therapy approaches. Katie’s has experience working with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergent spectrum, LGBTQIA+, couples and families. Katie works with children, teens, and adults across the lifespan. She uses a variety of modalities, including, but not limited to, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems Theory, and research based trauma informed and culturally sensitive techniques. When Katie is not in the office she immerses herself in nature, camping, hiking, art, gardening, guitar, film-making, live music and spends quality time with her son and canine companion

Dan Hardin began counseling in 2007. He has in-depth experience in treating depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, psychosis, and LGBTQ+ issues.  He is extremely non-judgemental and provides a safe place for clients to explore their issues and develop the insight and coping skills they need. He has broad life experience that allows him to connect with his clients and develop rapport quickly. He take a humanistic approach in applying a Client-Centered therapy within a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework.

Lupe Meyer is a dedicated and compassionate counselor who brings a wealth of experience and empathy to her practice. As a bilingual professional, she effectively connects with a diverse range of clients, ensuring that language is never a barrier to healing. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and employs this effective technique alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients cultivate mindfulness and resilience.
